System Requirements

Outlaw Panel requires Ubuntu 24.04 LTS by default; Ubuntu 22.04 LTS is approved for the Version 1.0 production control plane.

Purpose

Size a reliable control plane without artificial customer limits.

Step-by-step

  1. Minimum: 2 CPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD.
  2. Recommended: 4 CPU, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB SSD.
  3. Business: 8 CPU, 16 GB RAM, 250 GB SSD.
  4. Enterprise: 16+ CPU, 32+ GB RAM, 500+ GB NVMe.

Capacity is governed by CPU, RAM, storage, and network—not account counts.

Best practices

  • Use SSD/NVMe storage.
  • Monitor disk and memory continuously.

Troubleshooting

  • If below minimum, stop installation.
  • Review workload growth before adding managed services.
